Why EZsite exists
We have been building websites for other people since 2009. The same thing kept happening. We would hand over a site the owner was proud of, and a few months later it was out of date — not because they stopped caring, but because changing one price meant emailing us, waiting, and paying for ten minutes of work. Meanwhile their customers had moved to phones, and a site that looked right on a desktop looked wrong in the hand.
The tools that could have solved it were all built somewhere else, for somewhere else. They did not speak to the payment gateways we use here, did not know our couriers, did not handle the languages our customers actually trade in, and when something broke at 9pm in Johor Bahru there was nobody in the same time zone to ask. Malaysian businesses were being asked to fit themselves around software written for another market.
So we built the thing we wished existed. EZsite is for the person who runs the business: open the page, change it, and it looks right on a phone, a tablet and a desktop without you having to think about any of them. No code, no ticket, no waiting for us.
That is still the whole idea. We are now a team of more than ten, and the platform runs shops, clinics, factories, schools and family businesses — but the test has not changed. Can the owner change their own website today, and will it look right on whatever their customer is holding?
What we actually do
Most customers come to us with a business, not a design brief. So we do the whole thing: we design the site, build the pages, load the content, connect the payment and courier accounts, point the domain, and hand you a backend you can run yourself afterwards.
Two product lines cover almost everything we are asked for — a corporate website for companies that need to be found and trusted, and an online store for companies that need to sell. When a business needs something neither covers, our own programmers build it.

A backend in seven languages
English, 繁體中文, 简体中文, Bahasa Malaysia, 日本語, 한국어 and ไทย, so the person updating the site does not have to work in a second language.

Hosting is ours, not your problem
Your site runs on servers we operate and back up daily. There is no separate hosting account for you to buy, renew or troubleshoot.

A website only earns its keep when it is plugged into how the business already works. EZsite integrates with the services our customers actually use in this region:
Payments
Fiuu (MOLPay), iPay88, eGHL, Billplz, Stripe, NewebPay and bank transfer. senangPay, revPAY and Curlec are available on request.
Delivery
EasyParcel, DHL and ML Express, with tracking written back into the order so your customer and your staff see the same status.
Selling elsewhere
Shopee and Lazada product and order sync, so the marketplace listings and the website stay in step.
How we work with you
You own the content. Every page, product, price and photo is editable from your backend, by as many of your staff as you want to give access to. You never have to file a ticket to change an opening hour.
We keep the platform moving. New features, security fixes and performance work land for every customer, not only for whoever asked. Your site gets them without a rebuild.
We are reachable. WhatsApp reaches the team that maintains the platform, not a call centre.
